Emily Gervaise Moran

Emily Gervaise Moran is a musician, community organizer, and farmer living in Michigan. Born and raised in Chicago, Emily holds a degree in Contemporary Writing & Production from Berklee College of Music. Her singer/songwriter act, Aurora Birch, has twice been awarded the Iguana Grant to assist in recording projects. Apart from music, Emily is the Co-Director of the New Rising Sun Center, a regenerative community space in Southwestern Michigan, and is a self-taught goat herder.
