Alayna Maysie (Whitkanack) is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who grew up in rural Illinois and recently moved to Boston to study songwriting and American Roots music at Berklee College of Music. Her music reflects influences from bluegrass and old time to pop, and her writing connects audiences through emotive storytelling delivered within a blend of genres.
